5. Use of Services

6. Payment Terms

Monthly payment of $200 is due on the 1st of each month.An initial deposit of $100 is required to start the work.The remaining balance of $100 is due when the website and ads are ready to run on the agreed date.Additional costs such as ad expenses, SMS, and email marketing expenses are to be paid by the client.In case of non-payment, services will be terminated.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with a two-week notice. Upon termination, access to the website and platform will be revoked. If payments stop, services will be terminated immediately.

8. Privacy and Data Security

All client data will be stored securely and handled with care.We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring your personal information is secure.

9. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the services, including but not limited to copyrights, patents, trademarks, and trade secrets, are owned by Digital Freedom AI. You may not use, copy, or distribute any content from our services without our express written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

Digital Freedom AI will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of our services.
